Overview

Gather Interactive is seeking a talented Virtual Set Designer to assist with our Metaverse and mixed reality initiatives.

Responsibilities and Expectations

Design and build virtual sets using modular assets
Work in both photo realistic and hyper realistic styles
Maintain Unreal pipeline workflow
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production
Attend as needed stand ups and team meetings

‍

Required Skills and Qualifications

4+ years of experience as a Virtual Set Designer
Strong proficiency in modular asset design
Knowledge of Unreal engine workflow
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
English fluency

‍

Preferred Skills

Higher consideration will be given to candidates:

Fortnite creative island design
Level design experience
Blockout design experience

Additional Information

Communication is key to a smooth and efficient pipeline; you must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with other team-members and not be afraid to ask should any problems arise. We are an English-speaking team, so English fluency is a must.
